Hamilton and Barton Incline Railway
Hamilton's most popular vintage postcard topics are Gore Park, Dundurn Castle and the Hamilton & Barton Incline Railway. Every postcard publisher has their own variation or composite of the same postcard view. Sometimes the difference is subtle for example, the crop, shape of clouds or tree foliage but it can also be quite dramatic with the addition of vehicles or omission of telephone poles.
